What to include

• The email on your Lobbee account, if you have one
• Approximate time of the job, duration, and resolution
• Whether the issue is credits, upload, or the finished file

Do not send photos of people who did not agree to be edited. We do not need a second copy of your source images unless we ask.

Report prohibited content

To report a face-swap clip or upload that breaks the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy — sexual or NSFW content, violence or gore, hate speech, unsafe content involving minors, a deepfake or likeness used without consent, or copyright or trademark infringement — email support@lobbeeai.com with the subject Content report. Signed-in users can open a support ticket and state that it is a content report.

Do not attach copies of suspected child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate images. Describe the account, time, and where we can find the job.
