How to choose photos for Hotel Lobby AI videos

Hotel Lobby AI replaces both COLORS performers. That means two source photos — left slot and right slot — not a single selfie stretched across the stage.

Note: this page covers the video trend only. The name is the song and the stage. If you want software to design or render hotel interiors, this isn't the page for you.

Credits are spent when generation starts. A weak pair of photos still costs the same 11–39 credits as a strong pair. Use this checklist before you tap generate on the studio.

One face per photo

Each upload should show one subject, facing the camera. Two people in one frame confuse which face maps to which performer. Pets and characters can work, but non-human faces are less predictable — review every frame.

Lighting and framing

• Even light on the face. Strong backlight or a cap brim that hides the eyes usually fails.
• Skip sunglasses and heavy filters.
• Include shoulders and clothes. Tight head crops give the model less to copy onto the orange booth.
• Similar camera height and distance between the two photos helps the duo look like they share a stage.

Permissions

Use photos you own, or that the person (or rights holder) agreed you may edit. Do not upload a celebrity, a minor, or a copyrighted character you do not have the right to use. Get a check from anyone pictured before you post the clip.

Files Lobbee accepts

PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 10 MB each. After upload, preview both slots and use swap if you mixed left and right.

Same person twice

You can put one portrait in both slots, or two outfits of the same person. The output is still a two-performer COLORS scene. Contrasting expressions make the joke clearer.

After you generate

Play the clip. Check both faces, clothes, and lip motion against the original audio. Download only if you are willing to publish that file. Ordered steps: how to do hotel lobby AI. Make the clip on the hotel lobby AI video generator.
